Offerings
Individual
Seeking therapy can be a helpful option when you feel stuck and have difficulty moving forward with your life. If you're experiencing this, I can offer a safe and non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify and address any underlying issues that may be preventing you from experiencing a greater sense of freedom and wholeness. Rather than just addressing symptoms, we will focus on getting to the root of the issue and developing emotional capacities through exploring your inner world and unconscious patterns.
Couples
I offer therapy services to couples, whether they identify as
non-monogamous or monogamous, who are looking to improve their relationship or address long-standing issues. Some common challenges that I work with include unsatisfying emotional or physical intimacy, communication difficulties, high conflict, and the effects of childhood trauma. I also work with couples who feel that their relationship is stable and satisfying but want to further deepen their emotional or physical connection. If you're interested in learning more about how I can support your relationship, please feel free to reach out to me.
My Approach
Client-centered and Relational Psychotherapy
I offer a client-centered and relational approach to therapy. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where my clients can feel as comfortable as possible to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe that our relationship is central to the therapeutic process, and I strive to build an authentic and collaborative connection with my clients. My approach is tailored to fit each individual's unique needs and goals, as I believe they are the experts in their own lives. Together, we work to help them gain insight and develop the skills necessary to make positive changes in their lives.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
My work is also influenced by psychodynamic theories. Exploring the unconscious and past experiences can help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their behavior. By identifying and working through unresolved issues, my clients can develop new insights and coping mechanisms that can lead to lasting change.
